Last week, Sarah Killen had three Twitter followers.

This week, she has 20,000 – as well as a new iMac computer and offers to help pay for a dress and drinks for her wedding.

The unsuspecting rural Michigan woman has one out-of-work late-night talk show host to thank for her newfound online popularity – Conan O’Brien.

That’s pretty cool. I’ve tried the twitter thing a few times, and never really got into it. Who would have
thought that just one famous person following someone on twitter could have such an affect on their life?

Boondock Saints, is by far, my favorite movie. I know a lot of people didn’t really care for it, or didn’t understand the subtle undertones through the movie. But that’s old hat. All Saints Day, in my opinion, was a fucking awesome movie. Fuck what the reviewers said. How many of them were fans, and I mean real fans of the first movie? A lot of A.S.D. really does require a thorough knowledge of the last movie to truly get, but even as a stand alone movie it was still great.

TROY DUFFY: Yeah I don’t know how the f**k that happened, it just found an audience somehow, some way. We were having our screenings for the industry during Columbine, and that whole wake, so we were virtually blacklisted from US screens, and Blockbuster thought that was kinda unfair so they gave us what’s called a Blockbuster Exclusive deal, release the movie in their stores much bigger than it actually was, and they gave us whole shelves and stuff. For some reason fans just got it and it caught fire, and it became their highest grossing exclusive.

Better Off Deadbeat: Craig Cunningham Has a Simple Solution for Getting Bill Collectors Off His Back. He Sues Them.

Unlike his neighbors’ homes, Craig Cunningham’s house in Northeast Dallas looks abandoned. The grass is dried out. The concrete slab under the front door is lopsided and cracked. The green exterior has faded to a toxic-looking shade. Yellow Pages pile up near the front door, and the black mailbox is stuffed full. Maybe the home has been foreclosed on. That wouldn’t be a surprise in this economy.
But no, that’s not the case. Inside, the 29-year-old Cunningham hunkers his 6-foot-2-inch frame on a dumpy couch. His heavy arms extend from his sides, palms up, so two Chihuahuas, Angel and Chuay, can curl under them. Although it’s 10 a.m. on a weekday, he’s wearing slippers.
